I'm starting to think that Chloe's not really ready for the ordinary lined paper. Perhaps she might just need a little more time with the junior lined papers instead. It's clear that she is finding it difficult to write neatly. We'll experiment with it next week. In the mean time, this is how her essay for the week turned out:
She read from this book to help her get some extra information and ideas about ants.
Additionally we'll now make it a 4 day project. Day 1, Read. Day 2, Narrate. Days 3 and 4 for the copywork portion. Hoping that by dividing the writing between two days will produce some added neatness as well.
